Bring the dates and the stock LIST

A short message is enough to start. Tell us the market, the season dates and the shape of the consignment, and the desk will reply with the next steps and a schedule for the first run. A member of the desk reads every message and normally answers within one working day.

Before a consultation it helps to have a draft stock list, the target dates and any venue correspondence already in hand. The desk uses those three items to match a booth run and a settlement cycle to the shape of the season, so the first meeting is a working session rather than a sales call.

Questions the desk hears often

Most vendors book between six and ten weeks before the season opens. A longer lead is better when a permit application is involved, because the venue rulebook and the closing return both take time to prepare, and the desk would rather lodge a complete pack than rush an incomplete one.
Statements follow the published settlement cycle, which is posted on the tray board at the start of each month. Each statement carries the ticket numbers it covers, and a query about a line can be answered from the ticket stub and the intake weight kept at the desk.
Yes. A pre season walk is a standard part of the service when a vendor is new to a market. The inspector checks the frame, the signage and the stock labelling, files a short note the same day, and the desk forwards a copy with any corrective item underlined before the first consignment is ticketed.
